A 20% Scholarship that benefits international students at Griffith University.

It consists of a 20% Academic Merit Scholarship for high-achieving International Students applying to undergraduate and/or graduate courses at Griffith University.

This institution, with one of its campuses on the Gold Coast, a city considered to be “Regional Zone“The program offers the possibility of pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree and having access to the Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485), enhancing the length of stay in Australia, practicing as a professional and investing in your education for the long term.

This scholarship excludes students enrolling in Advanced Degree research, Master’s programs, Master of Business Administration, English language programs at the Griffith English Language Institute, programs offered only part-time, programs taught abroad in collaboration with a partner organization, and students who defer commencement until 2024 or later.

Requirements and conditions to apply for this Scholarship

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
  • Have a minimum GPA in previous studies of 5.0 to 5.49 on a 7-point scale or equivalent. You can check your suitability in the minimum GPA criteria (PDF).
  • Satisfy all academic and English language requirements for entry into the chosen undergraduate or graduate program.
  • To be a full-time student as of 2023.
  • Students starting in 2023 will continue to be considered for an Academic Merit or Academic Excellence Scholarship, and the new offers will apply to international applicants planning to begin their Griffith program in 2024, 2025 or 2026.

The Scholarship recognizes up to 20% of the tuition fee for undergraduate and/or graduate study programs.
The duration of the Scholarship extends throughout the entire qualification.
