Griffith University offers a 50% scholarship for international students with a 5.5 GPA.

This is an exclusive scholarship for international students who are interested in pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at Griffith University. It consists of covering 50% of the tuition fees during the studies of those students who have a GPA of 5.5 on a 7-point scale in their previous studies.

What is the main advantage of this scholarship program? You don’t have to study a particular professional sector, it can be any area, be it Business, Design, Information Technology, Engineering, Health, or whatever you are interested in!

The Australian Government classifies the Gold Coast as a “Regional Area” of Australia.

Also, in order to apply, the following conditions must be met:

  • Be an international student. I.e. citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
  • Comply with Griffith University’s Enrolment conditions.
  • Enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Have a grade point average in previous studies of 5.5 or higher on a 7-point scale or equivalent.
  • Have applied to study at Griffith University before the scholarship application deadline.
  • Students starting in 2023 will continue to be considered for an Academic Merit or Academic Excellence Scholarship, and the new offers will apply to international applicants planning to begin their Griffith program in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
