There is a holiday paradise atmosphere and many job opportunities in hotels, bars, restaurants and shops due to the thousands of Australian and foreign tourists who visit the city throughout the year.
Gold Coast has 3 real estate axes where you can find accommodation while you study and work in Gold Coast. In the first place, there are the central suburbs or “Inner Suburbs” where everything is close and has a great commercial offer, transport and services, such as Broadbeach Waters, an ideal area for students, couples or families, full of green areas, exclusive roads for bicycles and all kinds of commercial premises. Burleigh Heads, literally facing the sea and its beaches, is an ideal place for young people and families with schools, restaurants and cafes. If you are looking to be close to the beach, this is the ideal place.
Secondly you can search North Gold Coaster. The suburb of Biggera Waters is very quiet but far from boring. Their cost of living and rent are more affordable. It has a beach line equipped with cafes, restaurants and shopping centers and full of water activities such as sport fishing. It is a favorite place for locals and visitors.
And finally you can consider the South Gold Coast, where we highlight the Coolangatta sector. A place for a definitely quiet life, with a vacation atmosphere and spectacular beaches for surfing. However, it has all the transport infrastructure, commercial premises and urban services that a student may need.

I have never experienced better service than what ACE Australia has provided. They have been extremely friendly, outstandingly professional and helped me at every step with my application like hand holding. They would explain everything with absolute clarity and help prepare every document as if it is their own. Special thanks to Mr. Lucas and Mr. Nicolas at ACE Australia, for their dedication during pandemic as they had to twice defer and re-arrange many documents amid international travel restrictions. Highly recommended and endorsed.
